Acknowledgement
- I understand that by submitting this form I will be contacted regarding payment information. Submission of this form does not guarantee a booth. Payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to the event otherwise eSAX reserves the right to refuse entry.
- If your booth is not set-up at least thirty (30) minutes before the start of the event it will be removed. Refunds will not be provided if a booth is removed or not used for any reason.
